This short course is designed to give you an introduction to some of the principles and practical applications of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in order to develop your personal excellence.
Activities will include goal setting, building rapport, understanding your values and motivations and taking steps towards positive thinking.

You will learn how to create a useful article in one day using the skills required for basic basket making and you can take your finished article home with you. There is a choice of baskets, plant pot holders, garden structures etc.
A therapeutic day, bringing you closer to nature.
This course is for anyone who would like to learn how to make their own basket. Beginners are very much welcome as are those with just a little bit of experience.

You are very welcome if you wish to begin or carry on a project in Upholstery. This class is relaxed and informal.
Please bring a packed lunch with you.
You need to have your own project or take advantage of a dining chair which we can provide for you at a cost of £4.00.
You will learn all the techniques required to complete your project using specialist tools and the tutor’s own knowledge gained over many years of upholstering many varied pieces of furniture.
